Basel has been drawing since early childhood. He is deeply influenced by Palestinian culture, nature and contemporary designs. Also, Islamic themes are often depicted in his woodburning designs and his travels have added flavour to his colourful array of paintings. Basel does not limit himself to the brush and easel, he is an avid graphic designer, furniture designer and photographer. |
