How We Work
Step 1 - After ensuring that we fully understand your business and vision we will develop an initial sample package of 3 design concepts (minimum) which will take 3 to 5 working days for logos, 7 to 10 working days for website designs, and 10 to 14 days for architecture related projects. This means that we will provide you with design ideas that explore the different directions we could take with your project while maintaining both the artistry and practicality of the final product.
Step 2 - At this stage of the design process one of the design concepts is chosen and is tailored according to our clients' feedback and suggestions and we then develop a new set of designs using the selected concept as our guide. In this revision stage we usually create variations of colours, fonts, and sizes. We make revisions based on your feedback so you are always part of the design process. Also, at this point a full payment is usually made.
Step 3 - When you are satisfied with the last revision, the final product will be sent to you via email in different formats for print and online use. We can also send you a copy on CD via post if requested. For websites, once the final design is approved it will be programmed and uploaded to the Internet in real time.
